How it works

  Tell us the Discord roles you actually want — we create them for you. Don't create them yourself beforehand: pre-creating roles manually can cause a permissions conflict that the auto-creation flow is specifically designed to avoid. Most campaigns have far fewer roles than reward tiers, since several tiers often grant the same role.

  Upload your final backer report and tell us which role(s) each reward tier grants — we only ever read two columns (backer ID and reward tier) to generate a private claim code per backer. Nothing else in the file is stored, or even read. We encourage you to delete every column except Backer Number and Reward Title before uploading — the tool doesn't need anything else, and it's the simplest way to be certain nothing sensitive ever leaves your computer.

  You send claim codes to backers via your own channel (mail merge, your platform's own distribution tool) — we never send codes ourselves.

  Backers run one command in your server to claim their role(s).

  You can review, revoke, or grant roles anytime from your dashboard.

  What we store: no names, emails, or pledge amounts, ever — just a claim code, backer number, and Discord ID, only for as long as your campaign stays active.
